How do I organise a quote for my furniture piece?
To provide a quote we request that you provide the following details – Size (Height/Width/Depth), layout (Design) and material type (solid timber, timber veneer, laminate or 2 Pack Polyurethane paint).
Do you provide a design service?
Yes. We offer a complimentary 1 hour design consult in which we construct your idea in our 3D program, applying all sizes and textures to help you visualize the final piece. If you are struggling with ideas for your furniture piece we offer a full design service which includes a home visit to view the space.
Do your prices include delivery?
Yes. All of our pricing includes ground floor delivery within a 15km radius of BUILT Furniture HQ.
Delivery outside of this area will be provided upon request.
How do I care for my furniture piece?
All care instructions are provided at the time of delivery and are an integral part of our 20 year structural warranty.
How long will it take for my piece to be constructed?
Lead times are between 6-10 weeks. It is best to confirm with us when placing your order as to the expected wait at that time.
Do you require a deposit?
We require a 40% deposit to secure your order and begin the manufacturing process with the remainder due the day of your delivery.
We accept cash, Visa, Mastercard and EFT (Cheque by prior arrangement)
Do you have a showroom?
Yes. We are open by appointment only and are located at 239 Port Road Queenstown which is 400 meters from Grand Junction Road.
In our showroom we display our current designs in different timbers and finishes available.
We also provide a consultation and selections room from which we view 3D designs, hardware and provide timber samples to take home and consider.
